Do shipping prices include customs fees and taxes?
Please double check the customs regulations of your country. Customs and tax regulations vary from country to country. If you are charged customs duties or taxes, we will not be responsible for them. Please note that we have no control over import taxes, as these are levied by your local government.
Can I just buy one box without subscribing?
It is possible to purchase a single box, although the price will be higher than a regular subscription.
There is also a trial box, "Osaka Box Lite," which is even less expensive!
What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards for payment. All payments are made through our secure checkout and your personal information is never disclosed to third parties.
What currency do you use?
Our prices are quoted in US dollars.

If I sign up for a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, do I pay everything up front?
Yes, you will be billed in advance for the full discounted price of the subscription you have selected.
Please see the Order Summary on the Checkout page for the total amount you will need to pay.
How much is the shipping cost?
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number from info@sakura-base.com once your order has been shipped.
I forgot to cancel my subscription, can I return the box?
You may cancel your order before we contact you for shipping.
Please note that we do not accept returns after we have notified you of shipment.
A payment error has occurred and I cannot subscribe.

To which countries can you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Thailand.
We plan to increase the number of countries we can ship to in the future.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you have an account, please select the subscription you wish to cancel from the Under Contract tab on the Account page.
*If you have made a guest purchase, you can make changes from My Page by registering as a member using the same e-mail address as when you made the purchase.
When will the boxes be shipped and how long will they take to arrive?
It will take approximately 10-14 days from the date of shipment.
We will send a notification and tracking number to your e-mail address at the time of shipment.
There are items missing or damaged/broken items in the box. What should I do?
Please send a photo of the damaged item and the packaging so we can know the shipping address to info@sakura-base.com.
